All online cancellations are confirmed by an immediate text message response stating that you have successfully canceled your membership. Please do not assume that you are canceled with out receiving the text message confirmation.

Drivers License and cell phone must match to cancel your membership. If they don't match please go into any Zoom Tan to update your profile so you can cancel online.
Please note that Customer Service is available to assist you during their hours of operations if you have any issues regarding your online cancellation. Please do not wait until the last day to cancel your membership. You can continue to use your membership for the remainder of the month you've been drafted for regardless of when you cancel during that month so please plan ahead.
